Packaging Instructions for Safe Shipping

To ensure full insurance coverage and proper handling, your bike must be disassembled and packed as follows:

• Remove both wheels (front and rear)

• Secure the wheels tightly to the frame

• Fold the handlebars parallel to the frame

• Wrap the entire bike in transparent or black stretch film

• Add bubble wrap for extra protection

Bikes not packed according to these guidelines will incur a £35–£50 surcharge (based on size) and will not be covered by GotoVan’s insurance.

Choose the “Adult Bike” option to ensure your two-wheeled companion travels safely and hassle-free.

How We Work

• Weekly collections in both the UK and Spain (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

• You’ll receive a notification in advance with the collection date and time window

• Delivery time: 15–17 days
